Spanish Revival 4-Plex — Complete Restoration
A landmark 100-year-old Spanish Revival 4-plex in Mid City Los Angeles, fully restored inside and out. EHO Builders handled the complete scope: new exterior stucco finish, full roof replacement with traditional clay tile, all-new steel-framed French doors and multi-pane windows throughout, new perimeter stucco wall with decorative tile accents, and professional landscaping with stone path and turf. Interior work included full gut remodel of all four units — new drywall, flooring, kitchens with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops, bathrooms with designer tile and fixtures, recessed lighting, and interior paint. Every original Spanish arch, turret detail, and decorative element was carefully preserved and restored.

A stunning 100-year-old Spanish duplex in the historic West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles, fully transformed inside and out by EHO Builders. The exterior was reimagined with fresh stucco, a new clay tile roof, a dramatic diamond-pattern concrete and turf driveway, modern wood privacy fencing, new arched entry with encaustic patterned tile steps, and a private outdoor lounge with built-in wood seating and fire pit. Interior work on both units included full gut remodel — all-new hardwood flooring, open-plan living and dining, custom kitchens with sage green and natural wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, black fixtures throughout, designer walk-in showers with rain heads, new recessed lighting, drywall, and interior paint. A remarkable transformation on 14th Street in Santa Monica — a 100-year-old storybook cottage back house completely reimagined as a sleek, modern 1,000 sq ft two-story ADU. EHO Builders stripped the original structure down and rebuilt it as a contemporary live/work unit featuring a flat roof, smooth grey stucco exterior, dramatic floor-to-ceiling corner glass windows, large sliding glass doors opening to the yard, and a gravel entry path. The interior showcases exposed beam ceilings in the open-plan living area, full-height white oak wood panel walls, wide-plank luxury flooring, and clerestory windows that flood every room with natural light. The scope included a custom two-story white oak staircase with frameless glass panel railings and chrome hardware, polished concrete and hardwood flooring throughout, a reception area with a custom fluted wood curved desk, private executive offices with dark accent walls, a boardroom with sage green acoustic wall panels and integrated AV, glass-walled collaborative workrooms with full-height writable glass partitions, new electrical, lighting, HVAC, drywall, and all finishes.
